Ss304 Lacing Anchor Hooks Washers introuduce :
The Lacing hooks are used for securing and tying removable insulation blankets, work with Lacing
washers to fasten the insulation. Install the lacing hook with wire, secure with lacing washer, use
lacing wire to fasten the insulation through the lacing hooks.
The Lacing Washer is used at the end of the insulation pin together with lacing wire to fabricate
insulation removable covers or pads.
Materials: Stainless Steel or Carbon steel
Plating: No Plating
Size: 1″ or 1 3/16″Diameter with two 5/32″ Diameter holes, 1/2″apart
NO-AB: Available stamped NO AB to indicate non-asbestos material.
Other Available:Two hole lacing top, lacing ring, lacing washers are available.

How to use the lacing hook&washers?
1: prepare the insulation blanket or removable cover
2: put the lacing hook washer on blanket, pree the lacing wire through the insulation blanket.
3: install lacing washer and lacing ring with lacing wire
4: ensure firm for hook, washer and rings.
5: install the insulation blanket or removable cover
6: Lace the hook by lacing tie in order to fasten the insulation.
